Pre-Construction Services
To ensure the client satisfaction, we
review the project scope, analyze techniques, materials, equipment,
schedules overall impact on project costs, quality and timing.
Trades are awarded to pre qualified sub contractors with proven
experience, financial strength, and
manpower to meet the project schedule.
General Contracting
Qbic has developed relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers that provide efficiency, reliability, and delivery on price and performance. As your GC we will coordinate and manage every aspect of construction, giving you peace of mind that your project will be completed safely, on time and within budget and at a high quality standard.
Design-Build
We are focused on the client requirements to drive all design control, engineering, estimating, value engineering, risk management, scheduling and construction.
All stakeholders are brought together in a strategic framework that ensures the project successful execution in a collaborative manner. This way the project has a faster completion, guaranteed costs, and a single point of contact from design to execution.
Construction Management
Our management team ensures control over all critical aspects of construction. We coordinate and oversee all project specifics while providing an unmatched dedication and attention to detail In the event any challenges arise, at any point in the process, our team will work tirelessly to avoid cost overruns and stay on schedule.
Shell Contracting
We have the ability to self perform the Shell, including Concrete, Wood and Steel Structures. The benefits of self performing include the ability to push the schedule, control costs and a high level of quality workmanship.
